n3+ years of relevant experience in Order Management & Q2C

nHands-on experience in end-to-end Order Management/Q2C processes

nExperience in order creation, validation, processing and fulfillment

nExperience in quote creation and renewals

nGood understanding of billing and invoicing processes

nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills

nWillingness to work in rotational/night shifts
