Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Maldives

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: USD 1,000 per month

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Positive knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, estimation, and costing.
- Experience in preparing quotations, budgets, and tender documents.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and project costs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates with overseas/Gulf experience will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs.
- Prepare cost estimates and quotations.




- Monitor project costs and expenses.
- Review invoices, contracts, and payment applications.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Maintain accurate project and cost records.
