As a Quality Testing Associate Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Responsibilities

- Support QA/Test Management in planning and executing testing across SAP and integrated applications.

- Perform manual, functional, regression, retesting, and UAT support based on requirements, scenarios, and test cases.

- Prepare, review, maintain, and execute test cases while documenting test evidence and results.

- Identify, log, track, retest, and close defects using Jira with proper descriptions, screenshots, severity, and priority.

- Use qTest to manage test cases, track execution, maintain defect status, and support requirements-to-test-case traceability.

- Prepare test status reports and metrics in Excel, coordinate with SAP/business teams, follow QA standards, and escalate risks or blockers on time.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

- 0-2 years of experience in Software Testing, QA,



SAP Testing, or a related area.

- Basic understanding of SDLC, STLC, manual testing concepts, defect lifecycle, Excel, and clear documentation of test results and defects.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with willingness to learn SAP applications, testing tools, and enterprise testing processes.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Basic exposure to qTest for test management and Jira for defect logging, tracking, and workflow management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for test tracking, reporting, data analysis, and basic formulas.

- Basic understanding of SAP Testing / Quality & Test Management and overview of SAP modules such as MM, SD, OTC, and MTD.
