Hiring – Quality Systems & Documentation Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3–6 Years

Qualification: B.E. / Diploma – Electronics or Mechanical Engineering

We are looking for a Quality Systems & Documentation Engineer with experience in manufacturing quality and QMS documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions and Process Flow documents.
- Prepare and update PFMEA, Control Plans and Inspection Standards.
- Handle PPAP / FAI documentation.
- Manage document control, revision control and quality records.
- Support ISO 9001 QMS and internal/customer audits.
- Maintain NCR, CAPA and RCA records.
- Support Engineering Change / Change Control documentation.
- Visit the shop floor to understand manufacturing processes, defects, CTQs and inspection requirements.
- Coordinate with Production,



Engineering, Quality and other teams.

Key Skills ISO 9001 | QMS | SOP | Work Instructions | Document Control | PFMEA | Control Plan | PPAP | FAI | CAPA | RCA | 7 QC Tools | SPC | MSA

Preferred Industry: EMS / PCBA / Electronics / Wire Harness / IoT / Automotive Manufacturing.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 per year
