Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Management & Compliance:

§ Develop, implement monitor and robust Quality Management System (in line with international standards. § Ensure compliance with CE, UL and other relevant electrical standards and certification. IEC 61439-1, 61439-2

§ Coordinate internal audits, certification renewal and surveillance audits and customer inspections.

1. Drawings and Technical Review:

§ Review and verify electrical GA Drawings, wiring diagrams and control schematics. § Provide feedback and corrective actions on drawing discrepancies or design issues related to control panels (PLC, MCC, PCC etc)
1. Panel Inspection and Testing:

§ Visual inspection, testing and validation of panels as per customer specification and certification standards. § Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformities or field issues.
1. Process improvements:

§ Implement 5S methodology across the office and manufacturing plants. § Lead Kaizen initiatives for continuous improvement in quality, efficiency and cost savings.
1. Team Management:

§ Supervise and train the quality control team on standard operating procedures, inspection techniques and document practices. § Build a quality focused culture within production and engineering teams.
1. Supplier Quality:

§ Evaluate and qualify vendors, ensure quality of incoming components and materials. § Establish inspection criteria for incoming, in-process and final stage of production.
1. Documentation:

§ Maintaining ISO Documents, SOP/CE/UL, Quality manual.

Other Responsibilities

1. Monitoring ISO Documents/SOP/CE/UL standards

Preparing formats for all process
3. Planning and scheduling inspection for internal and with customer
4. Vendor ananysis based on process of manufacturing
5. Fabrication Powder Coating checks for enclosure
6. Erificationfor internal/customer FAT punch points and sharing compliance reports.
7. Team training and guidance.
8. Knowledge of electrical control panel, drawings and testing procedures.

9. CAT/FAT Reports
10. Internal Audits for all departments.
11. Maintaining all instruments calibration report.
12. Ensure implementation of 5S, Kaizen and fire and safety in office and shop floor.

Required Skills: · Strong knowledge of CE, UL, IEC standards and related testing procedures.

· Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical GA/ schematic drawings.

· Hands on experience with PLC, MCC, PCC Panels and other industrial automation control panels.

· Certified in or trained on 5S Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma (preferred)

· Proficient in MS Office, Auto CAD (for drawing reviews) and quality reporting.

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Attenting to detail and process discipline

· Excellent communication and documentation abilities

· Leadership and team mentoring capabilities

· Ability to handle customer audits and technical discussions to enclose NC’s

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

Experience: 7+ years of experience in quality assurance in electrical control panel manufacturing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹69,687.62 per month
