Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quality Lab Technicians to join our Quality Laboratory team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting routine laboratory tests, monitoring chemical/process parameters, maintaining test records, and supporting quality control activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine chemical and laboratory tests as per established procedures and specifications.
- Monitor and record chemical/process parameters accurately.
- Perform testing of process chemicals, baths, oils, and other relevant materials used in manufacturing.
- Support laboratory activities related to nitriding / heat treatment processes.
- Collect samples from production processes and carry out testing as required.
- Maintain accurate test reports, laboratory records, and documentation.
- Ensure proper identification, handling, and storage of laboratory samples and chemicals.
- Operate and maintain laboratory testing equipment as per standard procedures.
- Report abnormal test results or deviations to the Quality team immediately.
- Assist in investigation of process parameter deviations and quality issues.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures, PPE requirements, 5S,
and housekeeping standards.
- Ensure testing equipment and laboratory instruments are maintained and used properly.
- Support calibration and verification activities of laboratory equipment.
- Follow applicable quality procedures, work instructions, and customer requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Quality Laboratory.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Chemistry and laboratory testing procedures.
- Good understanding of chemical handling and laboratory safety.
- Valuable observation and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory instruments and measurement techniques.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn industrial quality and laboratory processes.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/shift environment.
Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc. Chemistry or any relevant degree related to the Chemical / Laboratory industry.
- Freshers to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Candidates with industrial laboratory or chemical testing experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8,180.82 - ₹28,097.22 per month
