1. Experience Level: 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have a Python.
2. Preferred Background: Engineers who have previously worked with us on the NetBackup project or previously worked on other Cohesity products

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled professional with strong expertise in automation, cloud, systems, and security. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automation frameworks, cloud platforms, virtualization, and system troubleshooting, along with awareness of security and backup/storage concepts.

Key Skills & Requirements

1. Automation (Must Have):

- Robust knowledge of Selenium and Python
- Experience with Robot Framework (preferred)




- Understanding of OOPs concepts and Python data types (e.g., list vs tuple)
- Ability to identify web elements using relative/absolute paths, and knowledge of built-in Robot keywords

2. Cloud Knowledge (Any one of):

- AWS / Azure / GCP
- Hands-on experience with EC2/VM creation, IAM roles, subnets, security groups
- Knowledge of manual and programmatic connections to cloud environments

3. System Knowledge (Must Have):

- Virtualization technologies (VMWare or Hyper-V)
- Strong understanding of OS concepts and basic networking with troubleshooting
- Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) commands and cluster management
- Knowledge of Replication & DR concepts (RTO vs RPO)

4. Security & Storage (Preferred):

- Awareness of malware detection infrastructure
- Knowledge of backup, storage, and security domains
