Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Surveyor with 5+ years of relevant experience to oversee quality inspection, surveying, and compliance activities at project sites in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site inspections and quality surveys to ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards.
- Inspect incoming materials, work-in-progress, and completed works.
- Verify measurements, levels, dimensions, alignment, and workmanship as per drawings and specifications.
- Ensure construction/installation activities are carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, and quality procedures.
- Identify quality issues, deviations, and non-conformities and coordinate for timely corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, measurement records, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams regarding quality-related matters.
- Monitor and verify testing and inspection activities as required.
- Assist in preparing and closing NCRs, observations, and punch points.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of inspection and testing records.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Monitor adherence to applicable codes, standards, and project-specific quality requirements.




- Provide regular quality status updates to the project/quality management team.
- Ensure all survey and inspection equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Quality Surveying / Quality Inspection / Site Quality Control.
- Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, measurements, and quality inspection procedures.
- Experience in handling site inspections, documentation, and quality reporting.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office and preparation of quality reports.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams, contractors, and clients.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project/site locations in Bhilwara, Rajasthan.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of relevant IS/ASTM/ISO or project-specific quality standards.
- Experience with QA/QC documentation and inspection test plans (ITPs).
- Knowledge of NCR, corrective/preventive action, and punch-list closure processes.
- Experience working on large-scale construction/infrastructure/industrial projects will be an advantage.
