Urgent Requirement for Quality Controller For Ice-Cream Industry

Job Location : Palakkad

Preference : Male Candidates only

Qualifications : Bachelors Degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Microbiology

Experience : 0 - 1 years of Experience in any Dairy Industry (Ice cream industry experience Advantage)

Strong knowledge and understanding of:

- Food Safety and Food Quality auditing, internal and external
- Preventive controls, including allergen and foreign material controls
- GMPs, sanitary design, pest control
- Federal and state food regulations
- Specifications, including ingredient and packaging, manufacturing and finished goods
- Analytical equipment and methods in processing quality control, microbiology, chemistry, and organoleptic assessments and evaluations; relevant software applications
- Relevant applications of food technologies

Also key to this position are:
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to successfully interact with a wide variety of people
- Excellent problem solving skills including root cause , corrective action & preventive action
