Role Description The Quality Control Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at the Hyderabad manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for inspecting high-precision components and assemblies, verifying compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
The specialist will perform in-process and final inspections,
document non-conformities, support root-cause analysis, and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions. Daily activities include working closely with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to maintain consistent product quality, conducting measurement using advanced inspection equipment, and preparing quality reports and documentation. The role also involves supporting internal and external audits, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to established quality processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Quality Control, including inspection of precision components and use of measurement tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with AS9100 and other relevant quality standards; experience in aerospace or precision engineering manufacturing is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions accurately.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in quality roles.
