Location: Ankleshwar

Job Objective To perform sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods in compliance with predefined procedures, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and safety norms.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Sampling & Testing: Conduct sampling of raw materials and finished goods as per standard operating procedures. Perform physical and chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products, and report test results accurately.
- Instrument Operation & Handling: Handle advanced QC laboratory instruments such as Gas Chromatography (GC), High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Karl Fischer (KF) titrator, and melting point apparatus. Utilize both instrumental and classical wet analysis techniques.




- Calibration & Maintenance: Perform daily calibration of laboratory equipment, including balances, pH meters, and KF auto titrators.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and plant safety norms during all testing and handling procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: B.Sc or M.Sc in any Chemistry specialization.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a Quality Control (QC) laboratory workplace (preferably within chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sectors).
