Role Description The Quality Control Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Panchkula. This role is responsible for inspecting raw materials and finished steel products, verifying that they meet internal specifications and relevant industry standards.

The Quality Control

Engineer will perform routine quality checks, maintain testing records, and prepare reports on non-conformities and corrective actions. Daily tasks include collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues, monitoring process parameters, and supporting implementation of quality management systems. The role also involves helping to improve inspection procedures,



participating in audits, and promoting a culture of quality and safety on the shop floor.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in quality-focused disciplines, including Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting test data, identifying trends, and diagnosing process issues.
- Experience with Quality Management concepts, frameworks, and documentation practices.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with production teams, reporting findings, and supporting training.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in manufacturing or heavy industry, preferably in steel or metal processing, is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with inspection tools, measurement techniques, and relevant standards (e.g., ISO or similar quality frameworks).
- Ability to work on-site in a plant environment, follow safety protocols, and manage multiple tasks with attention to details
