About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Check Executive to inspect signage, branding, graphics, and interior-related products at various stages of production and before dispatch. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that finished products meet approved artwork, specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect finished signage, branding elements, graphics, and interior products for quality and accuracy.
- Verify overall dimensions against approved drawings and specifications.
- Check letter and logo positioning, alignment, spacing, and proportions.
- Verify spelling, artwork, graphics, and content against approved artwork.
- Check colour, shade, and surface finish for consistency and accuracy.
- Inspect products for scratches, dents, damages, stains, and other defects.
- Check illumination, LED installation, and electrical connections where applicable.
- Verify mounting brackets, stud/bolt locations, and fixing arrangements.
- Inspect the overall appearance and finishing against approved artwork and quality standards.
- Check packing condition to ensure products are adequately protected before dispatch.




- Identify quality issues and coordinate with production teams for necessary corrections.
- Maintain quality inspection checklists and records.
- Conduct final quality inspections before dispatch or installation.
- Report non-conformities and follow up until corrective actions are completed.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Project, and Installation teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards, approved drawings, and client specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Quality, Mechanical, Civil, Production, Interior, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in quality inspection, signage, interior, fabrication, branding, or manufacturing.
- Valuable understanding of drawings, measurements, specifications, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
- Good knowledge of measuring tools and inspection methods.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and approved artwork.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Ability to work with Production and Project teams to resolve quality issues.

Preferred Background Candidates with experience in signage, branding, interior fit-outs, fabrication, architectural graphics, or similar project-based industries will be preferred.
