Job profile

This role will consist of responsible for ensuring that all raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products conform to internal engineering benchmarks, customer requirements, and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards
- Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality testing
- Investigate causes of rejections/defects and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain QC records, inspection reports, and test results
- Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality issues promptly
- Investigate customer complaints and conduct root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with ISO/BIS or other applicable quality certification standards
- Oversee calibration of quality testing equipment/instruments
- Present periodic quality reports to management

Requirements:

- Education: Diploma/Degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field)
- Experience: Minimum 0–1 year in QC/Quality Assurance




- Knowledge of quality tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

- Pay scale: 14-20k per month, depending on experience and skills.
