Job Title: Quality Control Executive – Audio Visual Products (Final Inspection)

Role Summary

Responsible for final inspection of all AV products before dispatch — Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPD), Video Walls, Digital Standees, Kiosks and related hardware. Ensures every unit leaving the warehouse is defect-free, correctly configured and packed as per standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct pre-dispatch inspection of finished products against order specifications (model, size, configuration, accessories).
- Perform functional testing: display output, touch response, OPS/PC module, Android/Windows boot, connectivity ports, remote, speakers, brightness and uniformity.
- Identify, record and report product faults; segregate and tag faulty units for rework or return to production/service team.
- Verify box packing — accessories, manuals, warranty cards, mounting kits, cables — and confirm packaging integrity and labelling before sealing.
- Maintain QC records: inspection checklists, serial number logs, dispatch reports,



faulty product registers and rework tracking.
- Coordinate with Production, Store, Service and Dispatch teams to release clearance for shipment.
- Highlight recurring defects and share feedback for corrective/preventive action.
- Ensure adherence to company QC standards, safety and handling practices for large-format displays.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical or related field.
- 1–4 years of QC or testing experience, preferably in AV, display, electronics or consumer hardware manufacturing.
- Basic understanding of display panels, HDMI/USB/LAN interfaces, Android and Windows OS.
- Familiarity with QC documentation, checklists and inspection reporting.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel / ERP entry.
- Attention to detail, physically fit to handle large display units, willing to work in warehouse/production setting.

Preferred

- Exposure to IFPD, LED/LCD video wall or kiosk products.
- Awareness of ISO / quality management practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
