Role Description The Quality Control Chemist is a full-time, in office role based in Chandrapur. This role involves performing chemical analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal specifications and regulatory standards.
The Quality Control
Chemist will operate and maintain laboratory instruments, perform calibrations, prepare reagents and standards, and document test results in accordance with established protocols. Daily tasks include monitoring product quality trends, identifying deviations, supporting root-cause investigations, and collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions. The role also requires adherence to safety procedures,
maintenance of accurate laboratory records, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives for quality systems and laboratory practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control skills, including familiarity with quality standards, testing protocols, and documentation practices.
- Candidates should possess core Laboratory Skills, such as sample preparation, safe handling of chemicals, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and the ability to identify trends and anomalies in test results.
- Candidates should possess experience with Laboratory Equipment, including operation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of instruments used in chemical analysis.
- Candidates should possess Calibration skills, with the ability to perform and document instrument calibration and verification to ensure accurate measurements.
