Quality Assurance (QA) Executive – Agriculture & Food Industry

We are looking for an experienced QA Executive with a background in the agriculture and food industry, preferably in processed food products such as makhana, seeds, nuts, spices, grains and other agro-based products. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining product quality, food safety, quality testing, documentation and regulatory compliance throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality checks of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products.
- Monitor quality during cleaning, sorting, processing, roasting and packaging.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 and applicable food-safety standards.
- Coordinate product testing for moisture, aflatoxin, pesticide residue, heavy metals, microbiological parameters, etc.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports and compliance documentation.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with production, procurement and packaging teams to maintain quality standards.
- Support internal/external audits and regulatory inspections.




- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation and food-safety practices at the processing facility.
- Maintain supplier/raw-material quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Stay updated with applicable food regulations and quality requirements, including requirements for food exports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC in agriculture, food processing or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of food quality testing and compliance requirements.
- Experience with processed foods, makhana, seeds, nuts, spices or grains will be an advantage.
- Good documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP/ISO 22000/FSSAI/GMP is preferred.
- Willingness to work in office in Neemach.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with hands-on experience in makhana processing, agro-processing, food manufacturing or export-quality compliance will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
