About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Quality Analyst to join our team remotely. In this full-time position, you will play a critical role in evaluating and enhancing the personalization features of our AI models. Your primary responsibility will be to assess how effectively the AI integrates information from various sources such as past conversations, emails, search history, and activity logs to generate relevant and accurate responses.

This role combines creative prompt design with analytical evaluation, requiring a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of AI systems. As a remote team member, you will collaborate with global experts to ensure our AI models meet high standards of quality and relevance, contributing directly to the development of intelligent solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in English, with strong reading and writing skills to evaluate nuanced AI responses effectively.
- Experience in prompt engineering, test case design,



or similar roles involving AI model evaluation.
- Ability to analyze complex, ambiguous, or subtle AI-generated content with precision and critical thinking.
- Familiarity with personalization concepts, AI evaluation metrics, and best practices in AI quality assurance.
- Exceptional attention to detail to identify discrepancies and subtle differences in AI responses.
- Willingness to use personal Google accounts and enable access to personal data sources for assessment purposes.
- Full-time availability aligned with your local time zone to support a global, 24/7 operations team.

Responsibilities As an AI Quality Analyst, your responsibilities will include evaluating the quality of personalized responses generated by the AI model, ensuring they align with user context and expectations. You will design cutting-edge, multi-turn prompts that challenge the model’s ability to accurately incorporate personal data sources. Your assessments will focus on grounding, relevance, and helpfulness, identifying instances where personalization may be incorrect or artificially forced. You will review side-by-side responses to detect subtle differences in relevance and accuracy, providing detailed feedback to the development team to inform ongoing improvements. Additionally,



you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine evaluation criteria and contribute to the development of best practices for AI personalization testing. Your insights will directly influence the refinement of AI models, enhancing their ability to deliver personalized, contextually appropriate responses that meet user needs.
