Job Summary :
We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in the dairy industry to ensure product quality, food safety, and compliance with standards across operations.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor raw milk quality
- Conduct lab tests (fat, SNF, MBRT, etc.)
- Maintain QC records and hygiene standards
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety norms
- Support audits and process quality checks
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Dairy / Food Tech / Microbiology
- 1–3 years dairy industry experience (mandatory)
- Knowledge of milk testing and QA processes.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
