QC Engineer – Investment Casting

Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct incoming, in-process & final inspection of investment castings.
- Identify and control casting defects such as Porosity, Shrinkage, Cracks, Inclusions, Misrun & Cold Shut.
- Monitor quality parameters across Wax Injection, Ceramic Shell, Dewaxing, Pouring, Heat Treatment & Finishing processes.
- Ensure compliance with customer drawings, specifications & applicable standards.
- Handle NCR, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA & Corrective Actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Foundry & Customer Quality teams.
- Conduct process, supplier & customer quality audits.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge & Gauges.
- Handle NDT activities such as DPT, MPI,



UT & RT as required.
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, rejection/rework data & KPI/MIS reports.
- Apply 7 QC Tools, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA & SPC for process improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce rejection, rework & casting defects.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
