We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused QA / Test Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, performance, and functionality of our web and mobile applications. The candidate will be responsible for understanding requirements, preparing test cases, executing functional and regression testing, identifying defects, and coordinating with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and technical requirements to understand application functionality.
- Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and usability testing.
- Test web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and software modules.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
- Re-test fixed issues and perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing.
- Test Android applications on different devices and OS versions.
- Validate UI, workflows, forms, notifications, and application behavior.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Verify API responses, status codes, request/response parameters, and data validation.
- Coordinate with developers to understand and resolve reported issues.
- Maintain proper records of test execution and defect status.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.




- Conduct smoke and sanity testing for new builds.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production-release testing.
- Verify production fixes and support post-release validation.
- Maintain QA documentation according to company processes.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve testing processes and product quality.

Required Skills
- Valuable understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong understanding of manual testing concepts.
- Experience in writing detailed test cases and test scenarios.
- Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools.
- Basic knowledge of API testing and Postman.
- Understanding of web and mobile application testing.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/database testing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify edge cases and potential application issues.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant practical experience and strong testing knowledge will also be considered.

Experience 1–4 years of relevant experience in Software QA / Manual Testing / Test Engineering.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
