Responsible for day to day analysis work related to raw material, in process & finished goods.

Responsible for various type of documentation works regarding quality control.

Responsible to maintain good laboratory practices.

Responsible to maintain various precise instruments & equipment’s.

Responsible to identify the problems involved with analytical procedures as well as instrumental method for various analysis of drug products.

Distribute work on routine basis & will take feedback from Executives, officers & Chemists.

Responsible for the maintenance for Master Specifications of RM, PM, Intermediates, QC records & new specifications.

Reporting to Director-Operations for day to day analysis work & activities.

Responsible for delay and deviation in analytical results & its methods.

Responsible for analytical method development & its validation.

Responsible for timely reporting & release of products at various stages.

Responsible for packaging material & raw material sampling and release.

Responsible for all documents of quality control department.





Responsible for complete analysis in own laboratory.

Maintaining all mandatory documents.

Chemical stocks and usage record.

Responsible for proper training to quality control personnel including microbiology.

Responsible for effective calibration and qualification of quality control instruments.

Responsible for analysis of stability samples, validation batches and near expiry samples.

Responsible for analysis of near expiry samples, comparative study of market samples in house products.

Microbiology testing and reports.

Successful implementation of software program (PROMAN) in the department.

To maintain to HR policies like personal hygiene, leave policy, Training, reliving etc.

To make compliance on the data integrity.

Check and ensure that respective documents are maintained according to Positive Documentation Practice (GDP).

Maintain GLP, GDP and keep working area auditable.

Any other job an assigned by Head / Management from time to time.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
