We are looking for a QC Assistant to support our Quality Control team in the inspection of raw materials, in-process production, and finished wire netting/mesh products. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, conducting measurements, identifying defects, and maintaining inspection records.

- Inspect incoming raw materials such as GI wire, MS wire, SS wire, PVC-coated wire, and other materials as per specifications.
- Check wire diameter, mesh size, wire gauge, coating and other required parameters.
- Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, weighing scales, gauges, and measuring tapes.
- Maintain inspection reports, test records, rejection reports, and quality documentation.
- Identify and segregate defective or non-conforming material.




- Take samples from production batches according to the inspection plan.
- Verify that products are manufactured according to drawings, specifications, work instructions, and customer requirements.

Required Skills :

- Knowledge of measuring instruments and basic inspection techniques.
- Ability to work with production and quality teams.
- Positive observation and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. / B.E. in Mechanical, Production or a related field.

Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: From ₹12,500.00 per month
