Role & responsibilities

- Perform incoming quality inspections on raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies

- Conduct in-process quality checks on LAN cable, CCTV assembly, and harness production lines

- Perform final inspection and functional testing of finished products before dispatch

- Document inspection results, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and update inspection records

- Use measuring instruments and test equipment including calipers, multimeters, cable testers, and pull-force testers

- Segregate and tag non-conforming materials; coordinate disposition with QA Manager

- Perform visual inspections for cosmetic defects, labeling, and packaging compliance

- Support CAPA investigations by providing data and samples

- Maintain calibration records for inspection instruments

Assist in customer and third-party audits by providing inspection data

Key Deliverables

- Inspection coverage vs. plan

- Escape rate (defects passing to next stage)





- NCR documentation accuracy and timeliness

- Calibration compliance for inspection instruments

- Audit readiness of inspection records

Required Qualifications & Skills

- ITI or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

- Hands-on experience with cable testing equipment, multimeters, and measuring instruments

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and test instruments

- Knowledge of LAN cable, CCTV, and harness assembly quality standards

- Positive observation and documentation skills

- Familiarity with NCR and CAPA processes

- Attention to detail and integrity in inspection reporting

Experience

- 4-7 years of experience in electronics or CCTV product manufacturing
