Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated QA Intern to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of manual software testing and a robust interest in building a career in software quality assurance. The intern will work closely with QA and Development teams to test ERP, Web, and Mobile applications, identify defects, validate fixes, and support the delivery of reliable software.

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand software requirements and business workflows before testing.
2. Prepare and execute test scenarios and test cases for new features and bug fixes.
3. Perform Functional, Regression, Positive, Negative, Smoke, and UI Testing.
4. Test ERP, Web, and Mobile applications across different business scenarios.
5. Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects with clear evidence.
6. Perform retesting of resolved defects and regression testing of impacted functionality.
7. Assist with API testing and database validation where required.
8. Work closely with QA and Development teams during development and release cycles.

Required Skills
1. Basic knowledge of Manual Testing, SDLC, STLC, and Bug Life Cycle.
2. Understanding of Test Cases, Functional, Regression,



Positive & Negative Testing.
3. Basic knowledge of SQL/Database and API Testing concepts.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
5. Ability to identify, reproduce, and clearly document software defects.
6. Basic understanding of API testing and HTTP methods/status codes.
7. Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with QA and Development teams.

Preferred Skills
1. Familiarity with Jira or other bug-tracking tools.
2. Basic knowledge or exposure to Automation Testing tools/frameworks.
3. Exposure to Web and Mobile Application Testing.
4. Basic understanding of API Testing using Postman.
5. Basic understanding of ERP workflows and business processes.
6. Basic programming or scripting knowledge is an advantage.

Qualification BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Tech/BE, MCA, M.Sc. Computer Science, Diploma in Computer Science/IT, or equivalent qualification.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
