Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automation frameworks for web, API, backend, and integration testing. Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for enterprise banking applications.

- Perform API, database, backend, and event-driven system validation.

- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and track defects, working closely with Engineering and Product teams. Create reusable automation assets and improve test coverage and execution efficiency.

- Monitor quality metrics and proactively identify testing risks. Contribute to performance, scalability, and reliability testing.

- Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

- Adopt modern automation tools and AI-assisted testing practices to enhance engineering efficiency.

Requirements

- Experience in software testing,



preferably within the banking, financial services, or fintech domain.

- Solid expertise in test automation, with demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks, rather than simply executing automated test cases.

- UI Test Automation: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent frameworks.

- API Testing: Rest Assured, Postman, or similar tools.

- Database Testing: SQL and backend/data validation.

- CI/CD & Continuous Testing: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent.

- Performance Testing & Engineering.

- Event-Driven Systems: Kafka or similar messaging platforms.

- Cloud-Native Applications: Preferably Azure and Kubernetes.
