We are looking for enthusiastic interns who are interested in software testing, AI applications, conversational bots, and product quality and would like to gain hands-on experience working on a real technology product.

What You Will Work On

As a QA / Bot Testing Intern at Coglity, you will work closely with the product and engineering teams to test different components of the Coglity platform as well as conversational applications such as chatbots and voice bots.

Your work may include

- Testing chatbots, AI assistants, and conversational applications across different user scenarios.
- Creating test scenarios and test cases for bot conversations.
- Testing whether a bot correctly understands different ways a user may ask the same question.
- Identifying incorrect responses, missing responses, conversation failures, and unexpected bot behaviour.
- Testing multi-turn conversations where the bot needs to maintain context across multiple questions.
- Validating expected versus actual bot responses.
- Performing functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing.
- Creating and executing test cases within the Coglity platform.
- Logging defects with clear steps, observations, screenshots, and supporting information.
- Reproducing reported issues and helping the engineering team understand the failure scenario.
- Testing new product features before they are released.




- Preparing test datasets and different user utterances for conversational applications.
- Analysing failed test runs and helping identify patterns in failures.
- Working with product and development teams to improve overall product quality.
- Learning how modern AI-powered applications are tested in real enterprise environments.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for candidates who are curious, analytical, and enjoy finding problems.

You should have

- Basic understanding of software applications and software testing.
- Solid logical and analytical thinking.
- Ability to think of different ways in which a user may interact with an application or chatbot.
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify small differences in expected and actual behaviour.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or programming will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, chatbots, voice bots, or conversational AI.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and testing techniques.

Preferred Educational Background Students or recent graduates from the following backgrounds may apply:

B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. Computer Science / B.Sc. IT / M.Sc. Computer Science or related disciplines.

Candidates from other technical backgrounds with a strong interest in software testing and AI applications are also encouraged to apply.

This is a hands-on internship where candidates are expected to actively participate in product testing and work closely with the Coglity team.

Full-Time Employment Opportunity

At the end of the six-month internship, we will evaluate the candidate based on performance, learning ability, technical aptitude, attitude, and contribution during the internship.

Candidates who demonstrate strong potential and are a good fit for the team may be offered a full-time position with Coglity.

A full-time offer is not guaranteed and will depend on performance and business requirements.
