About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Python Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing the quality and efficiency of our software applications through advanced test automation solutions.

You will work closely with development teams to design, develop, and implement innovative automation frameworks that streamline testing processes and improve product reliability. Your expertise will help identify and troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues, ensuring seamless integration and performance.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead automation initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. You will be instrumental in shaping our automation strategies, selecting appropriate tools and techniques,

Qualifications

- Overall 6+ years of experience in automation testing and software quality assurance.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming, with expertise in XPath for element identification.
- Hands-on experience with UI-driven test automation frameworks such as Selenium.
- Familiarity with modern automation tools like Playwright and their integration into testing pipelines.
- Experience working with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools to automate testing workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering high-quality products and eagerness to learn emerging technologies.
- Strong time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and project milestones.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to design and enhance test automation frameworks that improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web and application interfaces using Python, Selenium, Playwright, and other relevant tools.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior automation engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Identify, troubleshoot,



and resolve complex software and hardware configuration issues impacting automation processes.
- Exercise independent judgment in selecting appropriate testing methodologies, tools, and techniques to meet project objectives.
- Document automation processes, test cases, findings, and solutions to ensure reproducibility and facilitate team knowledge sharing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster release cycles.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation testing, recommending improvements and innovations.
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide input on automation feasibility and scope.
