Position: Python Automation Lead

Exp. : 5-8 years

Face to Face interview on 15th September, 2025 in Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a QA automation team and take ownership of application quality.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python and Selenium/Appium.
- Build, enhance, and manage Pytest/unittest-based test frameworks.
- Ensure seamless automation execution through Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze failures, troubleshoot, and continuously improve framework performance.
- Collaborate with global teams and be available for US overlap calls when needed.

Mandatory Skills

- Solid experience in Python (OOPs) and automation testing.
- Hands-on with Selenium/Appium for UI automation.
- Solid knowledge of Pytest, CI/CD (Jenkins), and Git.
- Good understanding of QA methodologies and test management tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
