Job Purpose The Store Executive is responsible for efficient management of store operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and finished goods. The role ensures stock accuracy, proper documentation, compliance with SOPs, and coordination with production, procurement, QA/QC, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Inventory & Stock Management

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software/manual registers
- Monitor stock levels, minimum–maximum limits, and shelf-life/expiry dates
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile variances

2. Material Issuance & Dispatch
- Issue materials to production strictly as per approved requisitions
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices for material issuance
- Prepare and maintain issue slips, gate passes, and dispatch documents

3. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper documentation such as GRN, stock registers, bin cards, and inward/outward records
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, audit requirements, and regulatory standards (where applicable)
- Support internal and external audits related to stores and inventory

4. Coordination & Communication




- Coordinate with Procurement for material availability and shortages
- Work closely with Production, QA/QC, and Logistics teams for smooth operations
- Report stock discrepancies, damages, or non-conformities to seniors

5. Housekeeping & Safety
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and segregation of materials
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area
- Follow safety guidelines for material handling and storage

Key Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of inventory control and store operations
- Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel
- Understanding of FIFO/FEFO principles
- Basic documentation and record-keeping skills
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field preferred)

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in store or warehouse operations
- Experience in manufacturing, pharma, nutraceutical, or FMCG industry preferred
