Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, components, consumables, and services.
- Plan and execute BOM-based purchasing as per production and MRP requirements.
- Procure plastic resins, masterbatches, additives, injection molding components, molds, tooling, and assembly parts.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate price, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, Engineering, and Quality teams for material requirements.
- Manage CAPEX & OPEX procurement, including machinery, equipment, tools, maintenance items, and consumables.




- Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted production by avoiding stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Track supplier performance, delivery timelines, quality, and procurement costs.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase data, quotations, POs, invoices, and contracts in ERP.
- Prepare procurement MIS and purchase reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through vendor negotiation, alternate suppliers, and strategic sourcing.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
