PRO – DOCTOR REFERRAL COORDINATOR

Krishna Hospitals, Vijayawada is looking for a dynamic and well-connected PRO / Doctor Referral Coordinator to strengthen our network of referring doctors and Peripheral Medical Practitioners .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Doctors, Nursing Homes & Clinics

Coordinate patient referrals from peripheral doctors to Krishna Hospitals

Regularly connect with referring doctors through phone calls, WhatsApp and digital communication

Understand referral requirements and coordinate appointments, admissions, investigations and specialist consultations

Maintain a structured Doctor & PMP database with referral activity and follow-up status

Track referred patients from referral → consultation → admission/procedure → discharge

Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure a smooth experience for referred patients

Share specialist availability, hospital services, camps and CME/academic activities with the doctor network





Conduct regular follow-ups with doctors and identify opportunities for strengthening referral relationships

Generate daily/weekly referral MIS reports and track performance against targets

Coordinate with the hospital marketing and clinical teams for doctor outreach programs

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in hospital PRO, doctor relations, medical marketing or healthcare business development

Existing network among local doctors/PMPs is an advantage

Excellent communication and relationship-management skills

Comfortable with WhatsApp, phone-based communication and Excel/Google Sheets

Target-oriented, organized and proactive

Willing to travel locally when required
