Role Description This is a full-time Psychologist role based in Pune City with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Psychologist will provide individual and group counseling to children and adolescents, conduct psychological assessments, and develop personalized intervention plans.

Daily responsibilities include documenting sessions, maintaining case records, collaborating with educators and caregivers, and participating in multidisciplinary case discussions. The role also involves delivering psychoeducational workshops, contributing to program development, and staying current with best practices in child and adolescent mental health. The Psychologist is expected to uphold ethical standards, maintain client confidentiality,



and support the foundation’s mission of nurturing emotional resilience in young people.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with demonstrated ability to apply theory to practice in child and adolescent contexts.
- Competence in Counseling, including building rapport with young clients, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and managing crisis situations.
- Experience with Psychological Assessment, including administering, scoring, and interpreting age-appropriate tools and writing clear, actionable reports.
- Relevant background in Medicine or allied health fields is beneficial, especially for integrated care and understanding comorbid conditions.
- Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Child Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
- Registration or licensure with appropriate professional bodies, where applicable, and adherence to ethical and legal standards of practice.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams, and strong documentation skills.
- Comfort working in a hybrid mode (on-site in Pune City and remote), with good time management, digital record-keeping, and telehealth skills.
