Job Summary
AIWO Limited is looking for an empathetic and experienced Psychologist to provide psychological assessments, counselling, and emotional wellness support to clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and maintain complete confidentiality while handling sensitive client information.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and individual counselling sessions.
- Understand clients’ emotional, behavioural, and mental wellness concerns.
- Develop personalised counselling and intervention plans.
- Support clients dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, lifestyle challenges, and behavioural issues.
- Monitor client progress and revise intervention plans when required.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and progress notes.
- Collaborate with doctors, nutritionists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct mental wellness sessions, workshops, and awareness programmes.
- Refer clients to appropriate specialists when additional support is required.
- Follow professional ethics, organisational policies, and confidentiality standards.
Educational Qualification
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant certification or professional registration will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in counselling or psychological support.
- Strong counselling, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive cases with empathy and professionalism.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of psychological assessment and counselling techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English and Tamil is preferred.
