Company Description ReLife Development Center for Children and Adults is dedicated to empowering individuals of all ages through evidence-based therapies, personalized care, and holistic development programs. A multidisciplinary team provides support for children and adults with developmental, behavioral, communication, sensory, learning, and mental health needs in a nurturing and inclusive workplace. The center offers specialized services such as speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, ABA therapy, sensory integration therapy, special education, clinical psychology, child development programs, and adult rehabilitation and support services.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Psychologist role based at ReLife Development Center for Children and Adults in Valsad. The Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide counseling and therapeutic interventions for children and adults with diverse developmental and mental health needs. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation,
and monitoring client progress to adjust interventions as needed.
The role also involves educating and supporting families and caregivers, participating in case discussions, and contributing to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge and training in Psychology and Mental Health.
- Candidates should possess skills in Counseling and Psychological Assessment for children and adults.
- Candidates should possess relevant understanding of Medicine as it relates to mental and behavioral health, including coordination with medical professionals when needed.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree or higher in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or related specialization) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure/registration as a Psychologist, in accordance with local regulations.
- Experience working with neurodevelopmental, behavioral, and mental health conditions in children and/or adults is highly beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based, person-centered care.
