Role Description This is a full time, on-site Psychiatrist role based at Jagruti Rehabilitation Center in Noida. The Psychiatrist will conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnose mental health and addiction-related conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include prescribing and monitoring medications, delivering evidence-based therapies, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and nursing staff.

The role involves regular review of patient progress, documentation of clinical findings, and participation in case discussions and family consultations. The Psychiatrist will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives, uphold ethical and legal standards under relevant mental health legislation, and support training and guidance for clinical staff.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Medicine and Psychiatry,



with the ability to integrate physical and mental health considerations in treatment.
- Demonstrated expertise in Psychiatric Care and Mental Health management across diverse clinical presentations.
- Experience or training in Adolescent Psychiatry and age-specific care approaches.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with MD/DNB in Psychiatry or equivalent, and valid registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Experience in addiction psychiatry, rehabilitation, or inpatient psychiatric settings is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, with clear, compassionate communication with patients and families.
- Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and adherence to national mental health regulations and clinical protocols.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and using electronic health systems is an advantage.
