About the Role
RADISE India is seeking a versatile Proposal & Market Research Coordinator to join our Hyderabad team. This role blends market/bid research with proposal coordination and writing, supporting our Engineering & IT Staffing proposals for US Federal, SLED opportunities. The ideal candidate can identify and track bidding opportunities, maintain CRM data, and then carry those opportunities through to compliant, well-written, and professionally packaged proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Bid Identification
• Identify and Analyze U.S. Federal, SLED RFPs, RFQs, and task orders, especially those related to Engineering, IT Staffing, instrumentation, sensor-based monitoring systems, data management solutions, and other smart infrastructure initiatives.
- Monitor changes in advertisement dates, addenda, and award notifications; keep CRM/ERP records current and accurate.
- Conduct primary and secondary research using data collection methods such as polls, focus groups, and surveys.
- Apply working knowledge of data warehousing and mining to support opportunity tracking and reporting.
- Generate weekly/monthly pipeline and research reports; participate in sales/BD meetings.
- Apply knowledge of the US Procurement process to prioritize and qualify opportunities.
Proposal Coordination & Writing
• Build compliance matrices and proposal schedules covering the full lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
- Write non-technical proposal sections — project descriptions, resumes, team qualifications, and management plans.
- Serves as the primary point of contact to all team members (internal and external) for questions related to RFP requirements.
- Produce initial and final proposal drafts with a focus on responsiveness, accuracy, and clean document layout.
- Perform quality checks on final proposal packages, ensuring the “Three C’s” of proposal development: compelling, compliant, and comprehensive.
- Experience with proposal development tools (e.g., SharePoint, Smartsheet, Deltek, Proposify, or GovWin IQ) is advantageous.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the Architectural, Engineering or Construction industry is preferred and experience in IT Staffing pursuits is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Federal and State procurement processes, particularly in relation to agencies such as DOT, USDA, FDOT, GSA, Army Corps, and FEMA.
- Excellent use of the English language, solid writing skills, and an ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment Competent in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; comfortable meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
