Role Description The Property AD role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves developing creative advertising concepts for property listings and real estate campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all visual and marketing materials.

The Property AD will oversee the creation of graphics and layouts for digital and print media, collaborate with marketing and sales teams to translate property features into compelling visual stories, and maintain solid alignment with branding guidelines. Daily tasks include conceptualizing creative directions,



reviewing design work, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and optimizing visual content to drive engagement and lead generation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Creative Direction and Art Direction to lead and shape the visual narrative for property campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Branding to maintain a consistent and recognizable identity across all marketing materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design to produce visually appealing and effective property advertisements.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating real estate, advertising, or marketing design work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
