- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

- 6-8 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years focusing on Proofpoint Email Security solutions.

- Robust understanding of email security protocols, including safe listing, block listing, domain on/off boarding, URL/attachment defense and phishing analysis.

- Good experience with email MTAs, SPAM filters, and products similar to Postfix or Sendmail

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Working experience and understanding of the email protocols like SMTP, SPF, DKIM and DMARC

- Proven ability to create clear and concise documentation, including SOPs.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with vendors and internal teams.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are highly desirable.

- Willing to work in rotational shifts and 24*7 support.
