Position overview:

This role will be responsible for tracking and monitoring Tremco CPGs project pipeline (using Salesforce CRM) to ensure that it is current, maintained and progressing to drive the organic growth of the Tremco CPG business in the Pacific region.This role will track and monitor projects specified by Tremco CPGs national specification team, using BCI and transfer projects to the commercial sales team (via Salesforce) once a project moves from the design to construction phase.This role will also be responsible for sourcing leads (both specified and non-specified projects) for the national specifications and commercial sales team, using BCI and Estimate One lead generation tools.

Project Tracking and Lead Generation:

- As per Tremco CPG project tracking process, track projects that have been specified by the national specifications team, and transfer each project to the relevant sales representative, as the projecttransitions from the design to construction phase.
- As per Tremco CPG lead generation process, identify potential projects using lead generation platforms including BCI, Estimate One and any other relevant sources. This applies to projects that have existing Tremco CPG specifications, as well as projects where an alternate specification is in place.




- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to obtain additional information regarding projects (as required.)
- Assign and manage leads and opportunities for the sales team, using salesforce Sales Cloud CRM.
- Creating leads and opportunities (via BCI and Estimate One)
- Transferring to the relevant specification/ sales representative at the appropriate time through the project cycle.
- Correctly assigning leads to ensuring appropriate ownership and future activities.
- Ensure opportunities are closed so that pipelines can be evaluated.

Salesforce:

- Create reports and dashboards on the Salesforce platform, to extract the relevant data, as required.
- Planning, managing and maintaining data integrity on the Salesforce platform.

Personal Presentation :

- To at all times be of a presentable and professional appearance.

Other Duties:

Eligibility:

- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of project tracking and lead generation requirements.
- Thorough, systematic with a high attention to detail.
- Experience with lead generation platforms, such as BCI and Estimate One.
- Competent and experienced with the usage of Salesforce SaleCloud CRM.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Professional written communication skills.
