Role & responsibilities

Qualification - Bachelor Degree in business, engineering, or science

Exp - 10+ years of relevant experience.

Industry - HVAC ( R&D;, Design and Manufacturing) - (Automotive, Industrial Refridgeration)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong collaboration skills required with global stakeholder management experience
- Experience in new product development process and have compelling communication to pull the data from Engineering/Procurement/Quality/Materials department to understand the status of Bill of materials and parts status in NPD programs.
- Experience working in a diversified industrial company/organization in the areas of Procurement, Current Product Development, Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Finance and/or Operations.
- Experience in supplier development, materials management, and/or supplier quality a plus.
- Microsoft office expertise or similar systems needed. Oracle experience in a global environment is beneficial

Preferred candidate profile





- Project planner responsible for planning activities for builds in product development projects, working with cross-functional teams and standard work to build and execute pilot build plans for new product development, productivity, and continuous improvement projects.
- Responsible for ordering prototype parts for pilot builds throughout the product development process as per the Bill of materials coordinating with category teams, materials, operations, engineering, finance, quality, and field operations to complete the build within project timeline.
- Responsible for monitoring active pilot builds (through PFEP) , updating status and escalating issues as appropriate to the project manager.
- Manage reporting of procurement financial metrics of pilot builds (forecast and actual) to the project manager and PMO leader.
- Update PPM [Project portfolio management] as need to reflect project cost forecast
- Projecting Actual vs planned schedule/cost variation in the project in different stages of project
