Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with 7–8+ years of experience who can independently manage projects, coordinate multiple teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills, excellent command over the team, and strong follow-up/chasing abilities . This person should be comfortable pushing team members for updates, holding people accountable for deadlines, conducting meetings, and escalating issues when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage construction projects from planning through completion .
- Conduct regular daily/weekly project meetings with the team.
- Assign responsibilities, deadlines, and deliverables to team members.
- Follow up aggressively but professionally on pending and overdue tasks .
- Ensure every team member provides timely updates on their assigned work.
- Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Identify delays or blockers and take immediate corrective action.
- Escalate unresolved issues to management with clear details and proposed solutions.
- Coordinate between Design, Permit, Estimation, Procurement, Construction, and Operations teams .
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Review drawings, estimates, schedules,



material requirements, and project documentation.
- Follow up with the Permit team regarding submissions, corrections, approvals, and inspections.
- Monitor project budgets, manpower, materials, and overall progress.
- Maintain accurate project information and task updates in ClickUp .
- Ensure team members keep ClickUp tasks updated with comments, status, and next actions.
- Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports for management.
- Communicate project status clearly to the US-based management team.
- Ensure proper handover between departments with no communication or responsibility gaps .
- Maintain accountability across the team and ensure commitments are completed within deadlines.

Team Management & Chasing A major part of this role will be team follow-up and accountability .

The Project Manager must

- Know who is responsible for what .
- Know when each task is due .
- Follow up before deadlines.
- Chase overdue tasks immediately.
- Conduct regular team meetings.
- Ask for clear status updates.
- Identify excuses, blockers, or delays and address them.
- Escalate repeated delays.
- Confirm completion rather than simply accepting verbal updates.
- Keep management informed about important issues.





The person should be a strong driver of execution—not just someone who tracks the project. Required Skills & Experience

- 7–8+ years of construction/project management experience.
- Strong experience managing multiple projects and teams.
- Residential construction, remodeling, ADU, or US construction experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project timelines.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and plans.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Excellent English communication and written communication skills .
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent follow-up and escalation skills.
- Ability to conduct professional meetings with teams and management.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience with ClickUp or other project-management software preferred.
- Comfortable working with US-based teams and clients.
- Willing to work on-site in Jalandhar during the night shift .
