Roles and Responsibilities

- 90-day project execution - Civil, Interior, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting

- Handle 250-300 workmen & sub-contractors

- Client / Architect / MEP coordination + daily site meetings

- Drawing approvals & material procurement (HO - Vadodara)

- Quality, EHS & statutory compliance (Pharma site)

- RA Billing, measurements & variation claims

- Team leadership & weekly reporting to management

Desired Candidate Profile

- 12-15 years of experience in corporate interiors or turnkey projects management.
- B.Tech degree in Civil Mechanical or equivalent qualification required.
- Proven expertise in managing complex interior fit-out projects from conceptualization to handover.
- Need immediate joiner only
