Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Application Developer / Project Manager with strong expertise in React Native, Frontend, Backend, and AI-powered application development.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and contributing to our React Native mobile application project, from development and technical planning to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop end-to-end mobile and web applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native for mobile app development.
- Good knowledge of Frontend and Backend development.
- Work with APIs, databases, authentication, integrations, and third-party services.
- Manage and coordinate the development team and project delivery.
- Build and integrate AI features and AI-powered applications.
- Work with AI Agents / Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other AI APIs.
- Work with Prompt Engineering, Function/Tool Calling, AI automation, and AI workflows.
- Experience with AI Chatbots, Conversational AI, Document AI/OCR, recommendations, text generation, summarization,



and classification.
- Use Claude Code and AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure application quality and timely delivery.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Full Stack/Application Development or Project Management.
- Solid React Native experience is mandatory.
- Good understanding of Frontend + Backend application development.
- Experience building complete applications from frontend to backend.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML application integration and AI Agents.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, AI APIs, and AI automation.
- Experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools.
- Strong technical, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
- Good communication and project coordination skills.

Important: This is a 100% onsite position in Jaipur. React Native experience is a major requirement for this role. Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
