Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver IT projects in accordance with defined scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, security, testing, business, and external vendors.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear project objectives, deliverables, and action plans.
- Manage project scope, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project progress, identify delays or potential bottlenecks, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining appropriate risk and issue registers.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners to ensure timely delivery of project-related activities and services.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, project discussions, workshops, and review meetings with business and technical teams.
- Ensure project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, RAID logs, requirements, and closure documents, is maintained and up to date.




- Coordinate UAT, deployment, implementation, and production handover activities as required.
- Ensure adherence to organizational IT processes, standards, governance, security, and compliance requirements.
- Support issue resolution and perform root cause analysis for project-related challenges.
- Ensure successful project closure, including documentation, lessons learned, handover, and stakeholder sign-off.

Required Qualifications &

Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT Project Management, including project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, communication, and requirements gathering.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and multiple project dependencies.
- Good understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and IT best practices.
- Experience in risk, issue, dependency, change, scope, and resource management.
- Strong knowledge of project documentation, reporting, governance, and project tracking.
- Experience working with external vendors and third-party technology partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced workplace.
