Job Summary

Shree Shyam Fire Systems is looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to manage and execute fire protection system projects from planning through completion. The candidate will be responsible for project coordination, site execution, manpower management, client communication, and ensuring timely completion of projects as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute fire protection system projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Supervise project site activities and ensure work is progressing according to the project schedule.
- Manage site manpower, materials, tools, and equipment effectively.
- Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, and overall execution.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate installation and commissioning of fire-fighting and fire protection systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or execution-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, progress reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety standards, project specifications, and safety procedures.




- Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability of materials at site.
- Attend client/consultant meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Handle project-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and quality requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a relevant engineering field preferred.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in fire-fighting/fire protection systems.
- Good knowledge of fire-fighting systems, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Strong project planning and execution skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site teams and multiple activities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and reading engineering drawings is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and project documentation.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
