About the RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager ( South Bangalore )to lead the end-to-end execution of high-end residential interior projects. The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, and site teams, and ensuring every project is delivered with strong quality, finishing, and customer experience.

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in residential interior project management
- 1+ year of experience in Project Management
- 1+ year of experience in Architecture & Planning
- Strong understanding of site execution, materials, and finishes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Close attention to detail and commitment to design quality
- Ability to handle site-level challenges and drive timely resolutions
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project tracking tools is preferred

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution





- Manage multiple residential projects from initiation to final handover
- Prepare and track detailed project timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and site staff
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion

Client Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during execution
- Maintain clear and transparent communication
- Provide regular project updates
- Proactively identify and resolve client concerns

Quality & Finishing

- Ensure execution aligns with approved designs and quality standards
- Conduct regular site reviews
- Monitor finishing and detailing
- Drive corrective actions wherever required

Coordination & Problem Solving

- Identify site concerns and snags proactively
- Ensure material availability as per project requirements
- Monitor vendor performance and timelines
- Resolve execution-related issues efficiently

EducationA Bachelor's degree/diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Location - South Bangalore
