Job Purpose

Ensure end-to-end delivery of recent site rollout as per customer requirements through effective partner management, achieving ready for active installation (RFAI) within defined timelines, cost, and quality standards, while ensuring safety and process compliance across the circle.

Responsibilities:

New Site Acquisition, Deployment & Progress Monitoring

- Ensure recent site acquisition and deployment achieve ready for active installation (RFAI) delivery within service level agreements (SLA), timelines, and targets across zones and total service providers (TSPs).
- Track rollout progress and escalate red flags for deviations from targets or defined processes.
- Manage program execution to achieve deployment milestones, quality, and cost standards.

Site Readiness & Handover
- Ensure end-to-end readiness of new sites, including site electrification, ready for active installation to ready for service (RFAIRFS) flow, and handover compliance.
- Resolve hold site issues and ensure smooth site delivery in coordination with acquisition, operations and maintenance, engineering, logistics, and finance teams.
- Govern reviews with acquisition and planning teams to ensure timely site acquisition and issue resolution during the construction phase.

Quality & Safety Compliance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and processes through coordination with the quality team.
- Review safety compliance and drive business partner environment,



safety, and health (ESH) adherence.
- Ensure completion of all required safety trainings by field teams and business partners.
- Ensure all permit to work (PTW) requirements are completed for partners, including verification of personal protective equipment (PPE) availability and adherence to safety standards.
- Sustain a culture of safety across new build teams.

Partner Management

- Engage with partners (total service providers) to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of new sites.
- Conduct stage-wise partner governance meetings and performance reviews.
- Govern interactions with partners to maintain delivery standards and reduce material wastage.

Cost Optimization

- Reduce wastage by monitoring capital work in progress (CWIP) and hold sites, and ensure timely material return to warehouse for delayed or non-RFAI sites.
- Review non-standard cost validation and drive reduction to control cost per site.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

- Manage customer expectations by aligning recent site delivery with agreed targets and timelines.
- Minimize service request and service order (SR/SO) rejections and ensure 100% first time right (FTR) for new sites,
- Coordinate with sales and planning teams to ensure alignment with site proposals (SP) and service order requirements for new site rollout.

Team Development

- Build, mentor, and develop the team to strengthen operational capability and delivery performance.
- Drive knowledge sharing, on-the-job learning, and succession planning for critical roles within the function.
- Monitor team and partner performance and provide regular feedback to drive improvement.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and performance-driven culture aligned with functional and delivery objectives.
