n(A) JOB SUMMARY

nWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Software Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will be PMP-certified, possess strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and have proven experience managing complex projects across cross-functional teams.

n(B) JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

nLead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of software projects

nDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements

nDevelop detailed project plans and track progress against milestones

nManage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UX, DevOps, and vendors

nIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

nCoordinate with stakeholders, clients, and senior management

nManage change requests and scope adjustments effectively

nMonitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques





nEnsure adherence to quality standards and best practices

nFacilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives (for Agile projects)

nPrepare status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries

nEnsure compliance with organizational processes and governance

n(C) QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET

nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field

nPMP Certification (Mandatory)

n6–10 years of total experience in the IT/software industry

nMinimum 4+ years of hands-on project management experience

nProven track record of delivering software projects successfully

nStrong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)

nExperience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps)

nExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously

nPREFERRED SKILLS

nExperience managing enterprise or large-scale software implementations

nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

nVendor and stakeholder management experience

nKnowledge of budgeting, cost control, and contract management

nExperience in client-facing roles
