Responsibilities
- Expertise in- large scale IT Park/ITES building, Office building construction projects
- End to end
- Commercial projects.
- Preference shall be given to candidates who have handled multi-storied building projects of PEB structure/composite structures/PT structures.
- He needs to be well conversant with CVC (Central Vigilance Commission) and CAG (Comptroller and Auditor General of India - CAG) guidelines related to documentation, procurement etc.
- Hands on experience from Conception to Completion (C2C).
- Architect selection, GC Vendor Selection, Tender management, Bid Management, construction & handover.
Requirements
- Experience- Minimum 20 years in Project Management
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech. Civil
